I have kept my last 5 phones in metal clam shell cases that have rubber inserts and use an Alan wrench to screw it all together…… for me this seemed like, well… less.🤷I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The case is a textured plastic that’s comfortable to grip and does not make the iPhone 14 Pro Max feel bulkier. It doesn’t feel as substantial as a metal and rubber case but I’m pleasantly surprised at the simple yet effective design.The two halves snap together firmly with no fear that it won’t hold together. Best of all the camera lenses are also covered! Many of the new cases leave this part exposed. An oversight on their part in my opinion. Lastly is the glass screen protector.The glass is smooth and easy to keep clean. The downside to the cases I typically choose is the plastic screen protector- a royal pain in the *ss to keep clean. This case came with a glass screen protector that cleans easily and feels great! The movement of my hands over this screen protector feels the same as touching the bare screen itself!In short my fellow Amazonians this is a reasonable case. It’s on sale now for $40 marked down from $69! I wouldn’t have bought this case for full price in any stretch of the imagination but at the reduced price point currently offered its right on the money.It’s basic but well thought out and functions perfectly (which is more than I can say about my new phone…. It’s glitchy and temperamental). If you require more bells and whistles don’t bother- you might not like it…..but for the rest of us…. Oh yeah!!!P.S. I’ve dropped this phone in its case twice now and once from 3’ above the ground. No ill effects from the case or the phone.Here’s hoping you find what works for you😉👍 happy shopping!!;After living with this case for a while (a short while) the screen cracked. Well the glass on the case that covers the screen cracked.I bought a new one and within three weeks it was cracked. There’s nothing wrong with the black case. It’s durable and does what is expected of it. It’s securely clamped around my phone.The week link is the glass screen. Turns out…. It’s crap. It takes little to no effort to damage it, so much so that I found myself scratching my head baffled by the crack on the screen.If the glass is the weakest link….. make it replaceable. Allow us to buy a glass screen protector that does what it’s supposed to do…. Or drop the price and offer it with a plastic screen cover.I feel badly that I spoke so kindly about the case only to have to back pedal. This is the caution for me in future reviews….. I need to live with the item for 6 months before praising.I hope you can forgive my error.Happy shopping my friends!

I had high hopes for it but the screen cracked within 5 days after being put on my phone and I had only dropped it once in my house the day before it cracked. I emailed the company about it and never heard back despite the “lifetime warranty” this case was supposed to have. Also, when I’m on a call, the other person cannot hear me even with the charging port cover open, as was recommended. I would not recommend this case at all.

This is a very nice and secure case side buttons work very crisp, the only thing that is a slight drawback is the fact that it does reduce the sound quality because of it being so airtight, but if you are more interested in protection then the sound volume won't be an issue, otherwise I really like this case.*** Revised *** Unfortunately I will need to return this case, just discovered that once the phone is installed into the case, it is nearly impossible to use the phone up to my ear because you simply cannot hear the other person unless you use the speaker function.

Positives: solid case, easy to hold, screen very responsive.Negatives: when using the cameras Night Shot mode it can’t focus because of the distance between the camera lens and the case lens. Additionally, night shots often have reflections created by the case lens. On the case where the ringer on/off switch is, it’s just a thin membrane covering the switch, not sturdy like the rest of the case. If you switch your ringer on/off frequently this will be a problem. Finally, all screen covers on all cases get dirty. That’s a given. This case seems to be worse than others I’ve had. Doesn’t really affect performance, just an observation.Overall. I gave it a 4 because it does protect the phone well. Avid night photographers will want to be cautious as this case really hinders your ability to get the best out of your camera.

I love the case itself. Good quality, easy to put on and take off if you needed too. I love the 360 coverage and protection it provides, HOWEVER, you can NOT hear. When I would make or receive calls, I couldn’t hear using it handheld and others couldn’t hear me. I tried speaker phone thinking it’d help, and you people can’t hear you with that either. That’s literally the ONLY downside to this case 🥺If you use earbuds the majority of your calls then you’ll love this.

I bought this cover as it states that its water and drop-proof. Although the cover seems strong, but there are several things which are not working. First when on speaker the whole case vibrates with the sound of voice. I believe its happening because the voice does not have space to come out of the case. Second, becuase of the phone cover the screen does not light up when you move the phone from your ear. This is irritating when you are trying to call a bank and when you need to see the keypad. Third, the face recognition is not working because of the case and I have to continually enter the passcode. Overall, I would not buy this case again. They need to improve it a lot for it to work.

I’ve had this case for a year now and it has not disappointed me. The tempered glass really is strong. I finally broke the glass on one of the camera. I was picking up something that weighs a little over 90 pounds with it jabbing right into the glass and it finally broke. It’s been broken for months but the glass just finally fell out even broken it still protected my camera. I have dropped my phone so many times i've thrown it and still this case just absorbs everything. I definitely recommend buying this case as this is the best purchase i have ever made. I’m still using the case and for those that want to know they charger plug thing at the bottom is still there and its like its brand new. I fidget with it a lot when i’m bored and it’s held up perfect.

It block the ear phone speaker

Great for phone protection. Unfortunately to make video/voice calls it muffles the sounds and makes it difficult to hear, even when the volume is turned up to full. I had mine on for a week and have now removed it. It's too annoying not to be able to hear during phone calls. Would be okay just to go swimming and then take it off again, but haven't tried it in the water. It's fit the iphone 13 pro max phone easily. I won't use again, and will look for another case suitable.
