Because I do a very large number of repetitions (2,000 reps with two different exercises) this squeeze together product gets a lot more stress than the type that pulls apart (buttmaster), and it may break unpredictably after extreme use. The original products of this type included several other parts, and this particular one is a slightly smaller version, though works just fine for a number of different exercises. Since it is sold separately, it is much more cost effective to replace only the part that I wear out the most often. I ordered two, just to make sure that I would always have it available. For comfort. it is easiest to keep the loop part at the knees, perhaps slightly adjusting the angle. I do combine this product together with a buttmaster at different distances from my knees to be able to vary how much effort (load). My preference is easy exercise with lots of repetitions -- to vary how much muscle mass to build or maintain, just vary the frequency of workouts from occasionally to daily. It did take awhile to build up to a high rep count; though never any soreness (unless maybe high reps multiple times per day), and it can be a very good elevated cardio workout without breaking a sweat, and indoor use at any time of day or night. I use a tally counter to count once per every 100 reps, so as to keep count accurately. I am totally happy with this product in both performance and cost.

Similar to the original, only smaller—and a better fit for my 5'4" frame. I do 50 reps daily plus clam shells for my core. The Figure 8 band snapped the first time I used it, but the thigh machine delivers.

I purchased one to help tone my inner thighs after my hip surgery. I have noticed an improvement.

The size was appropriate. I found it to be a bit flimsy. When I do the exercises it would slip out and was hard to keep in place.

I like this a lot and have found it very useful since simplifying my life; destressing; and making more time for my children and myself. I have started out slow as I do not want to quit within a week or so. I am seeing great results and I feel very good with even minimal work. I believe I will work up to more, but even if I do not, I am very satisfied. The exercises target very specific muscle groups. I use this for much more than just my thighs. It comes with a very nice instructional guide, along with the gift which is very simple, but amazingly effective.

This this is so flimsy. It's dang near falling apart straight out of the package. And make sure you beware when opening it, if you make the choice to waste your money on this thing... because it FLINGS out of the packaging very aggressively. Just saying. And anyways, I don't know if I forgot to read the reviews on this product before buying it or what. (I still haven't looked at the reviews after buying it, I just came straight on here to give MY honest review) It's super slippery and awkward to use. I imagine if it was made better, it would work better. It's not ergonomic, it's not easy to use. It just slips right out from between your legs... buy at your own risk. That's my honest review.

This inner thigh strengthener is a perfect alternative to Suzanne Somers' Thigh Master, which I had for about ten years before the spring broke. My legs are very strong and can leg press 220 pounds, yet I still feel the great workout that my legs get from this inner thigh exerciser. It's a little smaller than the popular brand, and it's definitely worth buying at this affordable price.

Finally after 20 some odd years my original thigh master finally broke. I was heartbroken and decided to shop on Amazon first and decided on this thigh master. It seems to be fine however it is not as big as the original the master. I will wait and see to add a further review because I have no idea how long it will last, but it couldn’t be as long as an original.

The device was so small I thought it was made for a 5 years old. I am so annoyed

Disappointed with this. Had another model( Suzanne Somers original thigh master ). It was far superior to this brand. Can’t see this brand lasting long. Flimsy, little resistance.

Received only one product which is old and rusted

Not a very good item. Hardly any resistance at all. The strap band item did not come with the thigh exerciser either which clearly shows it as a pair in the picture. I'm disappointed

Out of curiosity I bought this to see the effectiveness & I was right……….. it dosnt do much as there is hardly any resistance & does close to nothing against the claims made. Sorry!!! But it’s a fact.
