Great for single servings
I use these to freeze single servings of casseroles, Lasagna, etc. Hard to cook for one or two people, but these dishes can be used to freeze left overs or servings for future use. Just pop them in the microwave.

These are NOT 8 ounce!
So, you might wonder, if I’m shouting in my review title “NOT” 8 ounce, why the five stars? Simple. The product and seller deserve five stars. But, you also deserve to know before you buy about the size discrepancy in case relative accuracy is important to you in selecting an item for your recipes and desired portions. Here’s the full story:These are beautiful, good quality, nicely designed to be not too thin and cheap but not too heavy in weight, glazed well with a nice bright white (not cheap dull grayish white like some), packaged well to arrive without damage and with no manufacturing defects in the set I received. So, if the smaller size works for you, no need to read further, I highly recommend them. But, they are not 8 ounce. The one I measured by filling to overflowing then pouring the liquid into an accurate measuring cup measured 7.25 ounces. That’s filled to the brim. Anyone reading this that has a use such as me that involves putting them in the oven would not want to fill to the brim, having it slosh over as you slide them onto a hot oven rack (even sitting on a pan full of water). That makes it effectively only a 7 oz. dish that will hold 6 ounces of my dessert portions from my recipes. On the other hand, anyone using them for ice cream or snacks won’t care or can certainly over-fill them with a rounded scoop of ice cream if they even care to measure at all when no recipe is involved.I wish I had noticed the other reviews that also gave four and five star reviews but mentioned this size problem only as an annoyance or disappointment. To me it was a deal-breaker and I had to (regretfully) return them. That’s why the CAPS in my title. So, to anyone needing correct sizing for recipe portions and the right amount of dishes going into your oven and your cupboard, buy a larger set. To anyone flexible on size and thinks I’m being picky about an ounce or two difference, go ahead and buy these, they’re beautiful. So, that’s why the five stars. Because:1. For many people using these for dips or other things the ounce or two difference doesn’t matter. And, if it doesn’t matter then the beauty and quality deserve five stars.2. I don’t blame the seller - with all the design, quality, packaging and care that seems to have been put into this product, I don’t believe the size error is due to the seller intending to mislead us buyers. It’s probably; A. a misunderstanding that sizing for these (like a coffee cup) shouldn’t be to the brim overflowing and B. combined with a conversion error from ml to oz rounded up when it should have been rounded down.3. I don’t blame Amazon -With all the things I wish Amazon would do to protect buyers from the poor quality, fraud and fake review issues on it’s site, having Amazon employees verify the size claims of items listed is not something I expect Amazon to be responsible for.I also empathize with both the seller and Amazon that if there is currently no easy way to allow this listing to be updated to 7 oz. without the seller losing all the well deserved ratings and reviews and starting over at zero, this problem will persist. But, if I knew for a fact that there was a way for them to update to 7 oz. and keep the ratings and reviews, but they didn’t do it, then I would take away stars from my rating.I hope this helps, and if it does please click the “helpful” button on this review. I get nothing (that I know of) if you do, but I hope it boosts it to the top for others to easily find, see and consider before buying.

perfect for baked eggs in air fryer
I have an Instant vortex plus 6 qt air fryer. Four of these fit perfectly in that model air fryer. I'm switching over to baked eggs rather than fried eggs just because it's a no-brainer--oil the ramekin with butter or cooking spray, crack a couple of eggs in there (these each easily hold two jumbo eggs), add whatever seasonings you want, and put in the air fryer and leave them alone. You'll need to experiment to find the time/temp for the eggs to be cooked to your preference. These ramekins seem well made and substantial. Glad I got them.

Fine product, larger than I expected
It wasn't clear what the dimensions of this product were before I bought it. The ramekins themselves seem fine, but were larger than I was expecting. To help potential buyers, I measured with a micrometer. While there was some slight variations, here's what I measured:* Top is ~3.65" square* Bottom is 3" square* Height is 2"* Volume is indeed 8oz

I had purchased these for a charcuterie board but use them all the time for different things as well. Work great for little snack bowls for my daughter. Would highly recommend.
