Does this include three USB wall adapters?

No unfortunately, but you can find a multiport usb charger that will run all three lights. I use the six port Ravpower charger. Works great.

usb connector type A or C ? these days you need to be sure to order correct wall charger. Nowhere does it state one way or the other.

They are type A but if you buy one power brick for all 3 make sure its rated for over 30w, 10w per light

Can the filters be layered on one light? If so, how many filters can be used on one lamp?

The built in filter holder will not allow multiple filters (as provided) to be attached at once but you could tape other filters on instead of using the slot/tab of the original design.

What does ONE light stand weigh, without the light?

I would hazard a guess ,one stand without light weighs less than 32 oz. / .9 kilo. The whole kit in the carboard box weighs aprox. 5-6 pounds 2 /2.5 kilo.
