The fan would not run and the compressor was humming due to an overload. I will never buy another product from this company and recommend others to do the same. I wonder if desertcart knows anything about the companies that are selling products on their site. I had to pick one star to submit this review. Review: 50/50 chance it'll arrive defective - Definitely not good odds, ordered two because one went bad in my air conditioner and I wanted not only a replacement but also a backup so I wouldn't be stranded if one ever failed again in the future. Of the two only one worked..
