Yes. Methylcobalamin is the best form to take. Compared to its counterpart cyanocobalamin which is the cheapest made wrong form to take. See cyano....cyanide is used to make this cheaper form and is not healthy for you. Any toxic form or synthetic form is bad for you in any supplement. Companies who sell this is only looking at a higher profit margin NOT safety. Do your own research. Whole foods is even better because your body recognizes and uses it. Not harmful but very very healthy for you. You get 2 fluid ounces with this product and servings depend on how many mls you use daily. I take most times 1ml a day but could take more if I needed a boost. GREAT PRODUCT. DONT BUY THE CHEAP STUFF. Not good for you. You'll get better results and feel the boost it gives you.
