Amazing taste - I lose self control!
This stuff will get you in trouble! Light, nutty taste with soft/crunchy sweetness from the goji berries. I prefer it formed, so I’ll either refrigerate it and let it soften a little before eating, or keep it in a cool place. Else it melts and can get runny if the room is warm. It’s pricey, but healthier than peanut butter if you like to eat that by the teaspoon! ;)

unoriginal, overrated & tastes like coconut oil
this is the most overrated item. the packaging is beautiful in a glass jar but it tastes so strong in coconut oil, it’s gross. i’ve taste better “cookie butters” that are very clean. super disappointing and a waste! no one in my family liked this and were used to eating healthy clean foods and snacks etc.

Be aware this product is NOT Keto!
If you go to Kromawellness website under faqs. It says that their products are Keto friendly. This is not true, all their products have maple sugar and coconut palm sugar. These are refined sugars. It has a lower glycemic index but they are still refined sugars. Any refined sugar is BAD really bad for your health. I have a problem with companies that misslead their customers.

a healthy, natural tasting snack. Not too sweet, no artificial anything
I like it, and it is better than I thought. I had splurged on some seemingly similar products, and found that they had an artificial taste. I saw that this just uses monk fruit, maple sugar, and coconut sugar, so the taste is natural, and not too sweet. Nice texture, easy to pair with other foods or even eat off spoon. I have been eating it with sliced apples. The ingredients make me happy as I feel like I am eating something good for me. It really is healthy snacking. Price is prohibitive to my budget. Definitely a splurge. I have spent upwards of $20 in recent times for similar, but $25 is pushing it for me. Good grief, I really just added one to my cart.I just find it helpful in my quest to eat less and eat better. If I can control my sugar intake, I can control many other aspects to my diet. I mentioned apples, but I have also used it with another one of my go-to treats. I take a couple of medjool dates, and a few Brazil nuts. Paired together they taste like a candy bar to me. I have taken 1 serving (1 tbs), and lightly dipped my crunch sweet combo into it. Yum!

Healthy nut butter
I like this. It is a low sugar chunky style nut butter, and if you approach it expecting that you will enjoy it. My kids aren’t fans, but I blame it on the name/marketing of this product - when presented as a “cookie butter” the kids open it with expectations of something sweet and awesome, and are immediately disappointed. You could argue it’s a pro that this is low in sugar - and I certainly don’t think it’s a bad thing - I’m just not so sure that the name is on point!Texture wise there are some issues too. Much like coconut oil this product has a sweet spot, termpature wise, for perfect consistency. When it showed up it was rather warm outside and it was soupy (and unappetizing looking between the color and chunks in it!) - I put it in the fridge after stirring up the chunks, as the container recommended, but then promptly forgot about it. By the time I came back it was way too hard! So I think room temperature in a temp controlled environment is probably ideal for this nut butter. That being said, makes a nice spread on toast, or 1/2 and 1/2 with something sweeter in a nut butter type cookie recipe. As is always the case, price can fluctuate wildly on Amazon so a discussion on if I find the price to be reasonable/a good deal is a bit moot. I can say that if you’re looking for a healthy different type of nut butter, with texture to it, this one is worth giving a try. Just keep in mind you’ll have to manage the consistency (which is not unusual for these type of products, so not worth docking a star over!)
