This is the perfect filter for the BlueAir Pure 311 air purifier. It does NOT fit the 311 Auto. Blueair’s website details how to determine which machine you have based on height. 311 is 18.5” tall and 311 Auto is 20.5” tall. This filter works for 311 and is the original manufacturer product. Measure your machine to make sure you buy the correct one.

I love this air purifier! I tried using a generic version filter for it and it did not work, had to come back to Blueair company to purchase the right fit. Easy to install, fits perfect, great quality. No regrets, I can now sleep soundly using this filter.

This is our second filter and they fit great.

Query: why if it is a "genuine replacement" does it fail to fit the hub like the original filter?? Not genuine or authentic, and fits like the other non-genuine filters at twice the price. Would not reccommend. Also, why sell an airfilter, and fail to supply this continuing income stream? Buy a different brand.

For all of us having issues with Amazon suggesting the incorrect filter size, this is the shorter filter and fits the 311, non-auto. The NON-AUTO is the keyword. I bought the suggested size by Amazon and they were too tall. So if you bought this one and it’s too short, make sure you get one not non-auto. Hope this helps as Amazon did NOT help (nor did the manufacturer making this so confusing)

Should work ok BUT, original pleated filter is 1 inch thick. This replacement BlueAire filter is ONLY 5/8 inch thick !!

I bought the wrong filter as this one was rated poorly and didn’t show up in the top results. This is the replacement I was looking for my unit and has no issues whatsoever.
