There is less crunch in this bar. The flavor is the same and is delicious. **Q: What percent cocoa?** A: I think it is 50%, not 100% sure because I don't have a box in front of me. But trust me it is worth every per cent. By far the best dark chocolate I have ever tasted. The hazelnuts are crushed very delicately, so they also take some of the percent.
