Women's Daily Multi Vitamins

I took the holistic approach when it came to my diet and nutrition. My nutritionist helped me go though a list of multi vitamins that are most beneficial and are not filled with fillers that could hurt my health and body. I love this product after regularly taking it. I have more energy, better BM, digestion has improved. This supplement was the added boost of I needed in my eating habits and gut health.

I really like these SNAP daily multi-vitamins because they contain so much more than just vitamins. There are three main differences between these and the women's daily vitamins I usually take. One is that these are capsules rather than tablets. The second is that you need to take two each day to get the vitamin dosages shown on the bottle, and with my usual brand, I only need to take one per day. The third difference is that these contain a good number of supplements that are currently popular to take for a variety of benefits. The "veggie blend" ingredient is nice to try, as I had seen these types of supplements before but had never taken them. I also appreciate that the "women's health blend" has black cohosh to help with my hot flashes. The "antioxidant blend" has lots of great ingredients like tumeric and ashwaganda. Check the label out for yourself; it is pictured in the seller's listing, and you'll see all the great ingredients; there are just too many to list.It's a little early to tell any difference in how I feel day to day, but so far these are working out well for me and I like all the extras these vitamins have. Overall, these are a great option for daily vitamins, minerals and beneficial supplents, all packed into two small capsules. Since you need to take two per day, this bottle will last one month.

These are easy to swallow. They have a vitamin odor. They don’t taste it. These are a take 2 a day. I am use to taking a one a day. I guess it isn’t a big deal. But the bottle has 60 which is a month supply.

Okay. We can handle this slight mistake. Spouse is using these SNAP Daily Multivitamins for Men, instead of the Women's that was ordered. The ingredients appear to be pretty close to the same, even with the section for Men's Health Blend. There's a section for Heart Health not on the Women's bottle. Interesting that both contain: Saw Palmetto (something for the Prostate gland), and Black Cohosh (arthritis, pain, PMS cramps, & more). Thought that was unusual, and interesting - who knew? All the other vitamins, minerals, veggie blend, herbs, and etc. appear to be close. This Multivitamin is capsule form (less than 1") with a light tan powder inside, and easy to swallow. Serving size: 2 capsules per day - 60 capsules in the dark brown plastic bottle. Spouse reports no adverse reactions from this Dietary Supplement, so he'll continue usage.

The thing about vitamins is that they are usually hard to review because who's to say how well they are really working? This is what I can say about these vitamins...They are easy to take. The pills aren't huge and I've had no problems with them getting stuck in my throat.They don't make me sick. I've had multivitamins make me queasy before, and so far, these haven't done that.Other than that, all I can really say for sure is that I'm glad I'm making steps to take care of my health as I can.

Thia little bottle of multi vitamin is just packed with goodness. It seems to have every nutritious vitamin a human body could ever crave. They contain organic vegetables, such as broccoli, spinach, beetroot, tomato, and dulse, to name a few. The clear capsules tastes just ok on the tongue, but leave a taste, although not totally unpleasant. It takes time to feel the result, and form positive reviews on vitamins, but with such an array of vitamins in these capsules, I can only say they are certainly worth the try.

I like the ingredients seems like a everything that a multi vitamin should have, and they don't seem to have a lot of filler, and that the capsules are easy to take. You do need to take 2 so a bottle is enough for a 30 day supply. You can also request a free product for first time customers. I requested one so I will see if I receive one from them.I also like that they are manufactured in the USA and distributed from Vancouver, WA. I live in Washington so that's super cool!

These vitamins are easy to take - easy-to-swallow, ok taste, and no unusual reaction so far, aside from a slight change in urine color, but all websites I've seen say that's ok and it's just the excess of particular vitamin(s) coming out of the body. No huge difference in energy after only the first few days so will need to continue to see how it goes. So far, so good.
