Expensive, because of shipping, but works well.
Construction is fine. Is being used used to power a chandelier on stage that has to remain lit as it "falls" (slow motion) to the stage floor. This must happen for a month of shows. I'll update if there are issues.

so disappointed
This was an expensive mistake. While it is very well made it is so tightly coiled that it drags the appliance I wanted to connect almost off the table! I tried loosening it up but it is still much too tight to do the job. If you order it you are not going to receive the full length advertised for your connection, that is unless you are connecting to something extremely heavy that won't move. I am still looking for an extension cord for this particular application as this one will not extend to the full length with the appliance attached to it.

Unique--Hard To Find Item
I just installed a new, large, corner desk in my den for my office space. I consolidated most of my electronics at various locations on the desk, including my WI-FI modem/router and my main DirecTV Genie, using a 13-outlet surge protector fastened to the desk and plugged into a wall outlet. I don't expect to need to move the desk often, but it occurred to me that anytime I need to pull it out to get behind it to clean, deal with connecting cables, or any other requirement I would have to unplug the main feed to the surge protector to do so and would be shutting down all electronic networks to the whole house until I could move it back. The solution seemed to be an extension cord that would allow the desk to be pulled away from the corner for 10 feet or so and allow access behind it, but still maintain connectivity. The problem was I had worked hard on cable management so I wouldn't have a nest of cables under the desk, and didn't want a 12 or 15-foot extension cord wadded up laying there either. That began my search for a "coiled" extension cord--and I didn't realize one would be so difficult to find. There are a few "replacement-type" coiled power cords, etc, and I found one or two loosely coiled cords, but nothing that matched what I wanted until I ran across the Flexy cords. They seemed to be exactly what I had in mind and, so far, the one I bought is working great. It's coiled very tightly which keeps the profile to a minimum when the desk is against the wall, but I can pull the desk out plenty far for access behind it. In testing, I was able to pull the cord out plenty far without pulling the plug from the outlet, but I still decided to install a little clamp on the wall next to the outlet to hold the cord firmly and ensure no pull-out.I only have one negative (which is price) and one item of advice. As far as I can tell the Flexy cords are only available from the manufacturer and from Amazon--and they're pricey in both places. They are quality cords, but they are measurably more costly than other cords. The piece of advice is to buy a cord longer than you need. The Flexy cords ARE the length (fully extended) that they are advertised, but they are so tightly coiled that you will NOT realistically get full length. If you do need a full 10-foot extension cord, buy a 15-foot unit. The 10-foot that I bought gives me about 7-feet clearance from the wall--which is enough for my needs. I'm glad I did not buy the 8-foot that I was considering, however, it would have been too short.
