Used, not new!
I received one with hair on it. A lot fell off when I pulled it out of the package but I still managed to get some picks of done hair stuck in the cloth cover. Replacement I ordered arrived with the flap not completely secured, which tells me it was previously opened. Upon taking it out to inspect it I found that it is dirty and obviously used. I didn't order a used cervical orthotic and I sure as hell am not using a used one! Attached are pictures of both of them, the one with the hair and the other dirty one.

Good neck supporter.
The media could not be loaded.  Product is just as described. It supports the neck. Once you tighten it from the back, it never gets loose. Fabric is good, it didn’t itch my neck.

Previously sent to someone else and much bigger than they say!
The package had been ripped open before I received it and there was lint of a different color on it. The measurements online say XXL is 17" to 18". The insert in with the cervical collar says 16,54" to 17,32". IT IS HUGE!! I can put my entire hand in between the collar and my neck. I measured it and it is 25" long!!! Definitely sending it back!
