My wife proved I’m fat with this. She could have just told me, nope she went and spent money on a tape measure to really rub it in.

This was great for doing the measurements needed to order a bridesmaid’s dress for my sister’s wedding. Normally I have trouble getting my measurements below my bust given its propensity to get in the way of seeing below it, but the measuring tape that hooks into it handle negate that issue. I could wrap it around the area, lock the tape in place, then unhook it and see the measurements. No guesswork needed.

I bought this primarily for the retractable tape measure. I believe I had a Myotape brand, which was awesome, but lost it somewhere. So I decided to buy this one to replace it. When it came, it was obviously smaller, lighter, and felt very "cheap". I went to pull out the tape and it didn't retract. The spring loaded action just fell apart inside.Since this was only 10 bucks, I'm not going to spend another 10 in fuel and time to go return it. Hopefully others see my review and spend a few more dollars buying a better built brand. Like I said, even if it worked initially, it's smaller and feels cheap. I doubt it'll last long with much use.

Good product and decently easy to use for measuring arms, legs, etc. Only thing I wish is that there was a way to lock the measuring tape in place cause sometimes it falls out of the slot when trying to use it. Very small inconvenience.

The end of the measuring tape is inserted into the body of the holder to form the circle that measures. It slips out of the holder very easily. So one has to be very careful to hold it in while pushing the tightening button (also on the holder).
