this is very good Neck Stretcher Cervical Traction for Home Use for me.only problem while wearing chin holder it comes out from hook of the hanger.so it takes longer time to wear it. otherwise is good to use for me.needs improvement on hanger to solve issue.

I received it today and immediately went to use it, I hung it by the door as per instructions, I put it around my neck and as soon as I started pulling the clamp slipped off the door and fell, sprung my head up and the winch hit my nose and cut my upper lip, blood all over and a wound for two stitches

Works great... UNTIL.....The product comes crashing down on your head AFTER the rigging punches a hole in the door and falls from the top of the door into your head. It's made of metal, people!Is you are going to use this, you better make certain you have an extra board or something devised at the top of your door or attach ONLY TO a metal or SOLID WOOD door! I'm here to tell you it will split you head open when it comes crashing down in it! There is now a hole in my interior door where the device punched a hole into it while I was using it.UNSAFE DEVICE! UNLESS THIS ISSUE IS FIXED, or you rig ONLY on a solid core door, or steel door DO NOT PURCHASE!Still hurting in KY.
