South Shore Headboard, Full, Chocolate

I've had to prop this headboard up about 5 inches in order for it to be the correct height at the head of my bed. It was way too short in height for an average size mattress set.

I love it and it fits beautifully.. though I'll let you know a little secret.. i purposely bought the full bed version of this head board, even though i had a twin bed. i had a 58 inch wide spot at the edge of my room where a wall was at the other end, and the window and curtains on the other. the shelf fits perfectly. i placed a 15 inch wide night table on the right side of the head board next to my twin bed and connected all three of them together and it just turned out wonderful. i didn't have a full bed but i wanted that aria covered, i found away to do just that while having a beautiful bed match with the shelf and the night table. had to do a lot of measurements.but i didn't give it 5 stars for that, this thing came in well, it was easy enough to put together, and it just looks beautiful.

I recently purchased a Serta iComfort series full size bed and was looking to get a headboard that would be able to hold my electronics (Kindle Fire, smartphone, etc.). Finding the right headboard for a full size bed is difficult, but the Summer Breeze Bookcase Headboard fit the bill perfectly.Assembly was a little tricky (definitely need two people). Make sure don't rush through the assembly or you may have to disassemble to make it right (the lowest shelf has a chocolate covered side and a non-painted side... I put it on backwards (non-painted side up) so i had to disassemble my work to make it look better).Re: Packaging - I expected some of the pieces to be dinged because I live in Hawaii and it is a heavy item for UPS to handle. When I opened the package, no pieces were damaged!this headboard is definitely worth every penny.

This is a really cute headboard. I was so excited to receive it in the mail and get it put together. I hadn't had a headboard since June last year when I bought a new mattress set of a different size than my last. Unfortunately the particle board pieces came totally broken. I cannot use them. I'm trying to contact the company to see if they will replace them for free. But if they don'tor if they insist that I purchase the replacements, I am afraid I will have to return this product and try something else.

It was easy for me to put together myself. I think the negative reviews come in when you don't understand this is laminated wood. It can peel in places although mine did not. With that said, My headboard was well constructed for the price and looks very cute with the bed. Kids loved it (ages 11 and 7)

I live in a tiny apartment so there is not enough space in a bed room to have whole bedroom set like 2 end tables on each side of bed. So I got this to have alarm clocks (I have iPod docking one for music and traditional analog version of alarm clock), some books (if I want to read before sleeping), my glasses, and picture frame etc... around.Looks nice, too! Yes, it is very cheap not solid solid material, but hey, as long as you bang on it, you are good to go.

The headboard is great except unless you have the matching bed its too short and your pillows fall into it. but its a great design and looks awesome! its easy to put together, if you ask someone to help! it is definitely a two person job. overall its excellent and the seller is great!

This headboard is a perfect set up. Love the bookshelf up top. The only complaint I have is it seems to be too low unless you but the bed frame that goes with it. I have a stand along frame and just wanted a Headboard to finish it off. This was perfect after we made a heightened box for it to sit on. We also ordered the matching night stands and it is perfect. Really great craftsmanship as well. Great quality and not pressed wood.

I have put together a great many products such as this 54 inch head board.The directions are very clear making assembly easy for the average person.All the parts are precision cut to and fit and mate perfectly.Make sure you build on a flat surface (carpet floor is ideal) Although they say it is best to have two persons I had no trouble assembling it myself.The built head board is a very nice piece of furniture.
