The J&B 100ft. expandable hose has been a slam dunk for me! I have had a couple of different brands of expandable hose at my house (we have a large backyard area with plants along the entire border and a pool in the center) and the J&B hose is by far the best I have tried. The hose has a great weight to it and you can definitely feel the quality in their construction. The all brass fittings and the ball valve at the end is a great feature. The exterior sheath stands out as exceptional for its durability even when being dragged across rough brick pavers by kids (other brands I have tried fray and get really ratty looking after only a few weeks). The real value comes in the customer service from J&B itself. Unfortunately my hose did end up with a leak (definitely not uncommon with this type of hose, just as a matter of fact and the leak was non-catastrophic so I was still able to use the hose) but my email to J&B about a warranty claim was responded to within 24 hrs (by John of J&B, himself!). After sending a quick picture/ video of the issue, my new hose is on its way! Not having to shell out for another hose is beyond invaluable and the customer service at J&B is truly second-to-none. I highly recommend the J&B hose; just buy it, you will thank me later.

After using my XpandaHose for about 1 year, it finally spung a leak. I simply contacted J&B and simply sent them a picture of the leak and a screenshot of my original Amazon order and the replacement hose was on its way. It arrived today!!!

After 1 year having my 100 ft hose it was defective. I reached out to J&B and within 15 minutes I received an email letting me know my replacement was on the way. Now that is what I call excellent customer care!!!

I used the 75 ft hose from 5/23 - 9/23 and got a leak yesterday. I contacted customer support via email to request a replacement hose and got a suspicious email back stating their sales were suspended. I spoke with Amazon customer service who verified it wasn't true (account NOT suspended, site clearly up and running). I can add hose to cart & purchase.It took 3-4 emails to them and they finally honored their warranty. I received my new hose today. Keep on emailing them and they will stand behind their lifetime warranty.

i bought this hose because of their lifetime warranty. when my hose failed they told me it wasn't available but were expecting a shipment in the future. they kept me informed of the availability and promptly shipped a replacement hose to me. i like this product because it has a high quality brass shut off valve. i highly recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded.  The stretch fabric sprung multiple leaks.The Amazon sales page says it has a lifetime warranty. However, I don’t see anyway to contact the manufacturer to get it replaced.

So far it's been great. It is so long that I can get a tangle in it once in a while but it's not a big deal.This is my 3rd expandable hose. The other two lasted about a year before I got a hole in them. I decided to give this a try for the guarantee

i loved this hose, then one day the hose just blew out of the brass fitting. no unusual pulling etc. Big disappointment. when i tried to contact through amazon, absolutely no help! if they wont honor the warrenty, might as well buy on of the cheap ones!
