Very effective - best stored in your refrigerator.

This is a good value cream for various skin conditions and I have been using this for dry skin between my toes. This could be some kind of fungal skin conditions and I know coal tar can help with this. The cream comes in a pump dispenser which dispenses a small amount of cream making it very efficient to use. The cream seems to be absorbed quickly into the skin and doesn't leave any greasy marks. There is a strong smell of coal tar to the product which I don't mind but if you've never smelt it before it could seem a bit strange. It is early days but seems to be working as expected.

[I received this product for free, in exchange for an honest review, as part of the Amazon Vine programme. That being said, this review is NOT swayed by that, and (as always) contains only my real thoughts on the product; good and bad.] I requested the ‘Cosalic Coal Tar & Oils Gel for Dry Flaky Scaly Itchy Skin, Enriched with Goodness of Oils & Coal Tar, for all skin types - 100ml’ for psoriasis. The gel is dispensed through a pump nozzle and is quite liquid. One pump goes a long way, the gel doesn’t sting and it is not too greasy but it does have a strong scent. I don’t actually mind the smell and it softened the psoriasis patch which I tested it on. For the price at the time of this review of £11.04 (on offer), it is worth a try and I recommend it, 5 stars.

I decided to give this coal tar and oils gel a go as i get patches of itching skin from time to time. Right now i find i'm constantly itching my legs and applied some of this gel to see what effect it had. On first impression it seemed to help a little but this was short lived and it itch came back soon after applying. I thought i would stick with it but i had the same results every time. The smell of this product is very off putting but i must say if it had worked for longer i would have put up with the smell. Not the product for me but it does have some cooling and itch relief properties.

This item arrived in a settled box with details clearly displayed on the branded box. I got this as i had visibly dry skin on my legs. When I first applied this cream, it went on nice but left a shiny appearance, however this soon disappeared and was absorbed completely. It does have a medicinal type of smell with it rather than a perfume smell but it doesn't last. From my first impressions of this cream is that it it does what the listing promises. It goes on easily and is quickly absorbed and it immediately improved the appearance of my skin, I haven't had it long enough to comment if this has a longterm improvement but my initial opinion is that I'm pleased with its results so I've no reason to award 5☆s.

Initial review - have been applying gel twice a day as recommend, and still no appreciable difference. My psoriasis is flaky in spots, and just itchy in other places. So maybe needs a little longer, that’s the reason for the initial review.

I purchased this product when I ran out of prescription steroid cream from my doctor. It worked just as good. I no longer need to pay to see my doctor to write a prescription. Great product! I've ordered several different cosalic products and they are all good.
