These Are good quality they hold super tight and they’re easy to apply. I recommend this highly. I would just wish I would’ve found them sooner.

I tried multiple pieces in both gold and silver finish. The stoppers do not close. No amount of pressure would get these to work properly. The concept is great, but there is a definite problem in the execution.

I have already used my first pack of Crimp Beads and I'm started on my second pack and I'm having so much fun. I can finish my jewelry and I don't have to worry about it coming apart. Thank who ever came up with this idea.

To the best of my ability to discern what's going on here, the bead itself is a pretty durable plated steel and the plug is a softer alloy whose purpose seems to be collapsing over and enveloping the stranded wire inside the bead that you're trying to secure. The little plugs are fitted in the beads extremely tightly, and the plating seems to give them a little extra staying-power.While I was nervous about the amount of force I was applying to the bead to get the plug to move, the bead exterior kept its shape, and I was slowly able to compress the plug enough to secure the stranded jewelry wire I was using. There seems to be ample material to complety fill the interior of the bead, because there was some plug material still mushroomed a bit on the exterior. (I'm on the fence about the need to file it down, so I can't speak to the long-term effects that might have on the integrity of the connection or finish). So, while it's a pretty novel kind of crimping/clamping bead, I'm really enjoying exploring it's pros and cons! I find it brings a bit of nerdy excitement to the studio!

Once you use these crimps you will never want to use regular crimps again! They are one step, no need to cover them! They look pretty from the start. Also they are so effortless to crimp. You don’t need special tools just a regular flat tool, you going to fall in love with these!

Finally, a crimp bead that you can close with pliers. This brand is much easier to close than the other brands I have tried.

Unfortunately I bought two packs of these garbage crimps and it's too late to return them. I hoped I was being economical but should have just put out the cash for the original Magical Crimp Locks. Of the seven I have tried so far, when I pressed the pin into it to lock it, it didn't hold and the pin FELL OUT of the crimp. Unusable afterwards. The other four seemed to hold but I'm afraid to trust them in the long run.

I can’t seem to get it to plunge and seal onto the wire. I’ve tried pushing it down with my needle, nose, pliers, and with my force, I could not get it to work. Is there a trick to it?
