A Masterpiece of Flavors
Chef Quentin was our chef for a week in Blaye, France. Every meal was carefully prepared and cooked to perfection. I was thrilled to see so many of those recipes in this cookbook! The cold corn soup is my favorite and tastes exactly like he prepared it for us at the Chateau! If you love French food and cooking, you will love this cookbook.

I did a cooking class with this chef and he is AMAZING!! Very practical preparation with elegant presentation!! Delicious recipes and beautiful photography throughout the book!
