This final chapter will give you the closure you’re looking for!! However, if you’re looking for a new series to try out after finishing Maid-sama, I have some recommendations for you! If you’re looking for another sweet high school romance, I would recommend Horimiya and My Little Monster! Horimiya touches on the topic of having a side that you hide from others, but the 2 main characters find that side of each other(similar to Usui finding out about Misaki)! The main characters in My Little Monster have a similar relationship dynamic to Usui and Misaki, but the main boy is a bit more feral 😭 If you want something with a bit of a fantasy element, I would recommend Kamisama Kiss! Nanami and Tomoe have a lot of banter, but their relationship is quite funny and loving! If you enjoyed Maid-sama, I think you’d find Kamisama Kiss to be a great series! Finally, if you’re looking for a cozy college series that makes you want to find your soulmate, I would recommend A Sign of Affection! Yuki, our main character, is deaf and has a hard time communicating her feelings. When she meets Itsuomi after he helped her with a tourist, the two slowly seem to come together, but will she be able to explain these feelings that she can barely understand herself? This series will have you giggling and kicking your feet, and it’s perfect if you found yourself wanting even more tender moments with Misaki and Usui. Definitely get the closure for the series but I do wish it didn’t skip 10 years. Would have loved to see how they lived while at university. Did he keep the apartment in Japan? Did they share apartment in England that they used while on break from school ? How did they shop? Did Usui do all the shopping cause Misa kept freaking out about prices of everything ? Was she able to use any of her skills that she learned back before she “saved” Usui like at a soirée or another Usui birthday party ? Would also have loved seeing her dress super feminine at a party to spike his emotions since he makes her freak and blush almost every single time they are together. Enough of what didn’t happen. The only thing I didn’t really like was the rescue helicopter scene when he was being held captive. A bit fantastical for me and would’ve been more believable if she snuck in with tour group and grabbed a maid outfit to work her way up to the tower but all in all I would definitely recommend this series since I already binge read it twice in 2 days :) I really hope there’s bonus books to fill in those 10 years or what happened next but I doubt it so it’ll be up to imagination :) Enjoy the books and show !

This was the sweetest ending to one of my favorite series ever! It was so amazing to see Misaki and Usui have their happily ever after! This final chapter will give you the closure you’re looking for!! However, if you’re looking for a new series to try out after finishing Maid-sama, I have some recommendations for you! Love it !
This is one of my favorite series with a lot of love and also growth and great character development. I have wanted the anime so many times and read this over and over. I love Misa and Takumi ❤️

I own the entire series now and so sad that it has finally ended
I own the entire series now and so sad that it has finally ended, but it ended on a good note! These last two volumes made me sweat, (i think cry), and just generally have a heart attack cause they were so touching. Though the only thing I'm still confused over is the proposal from Usui to Misaki...? that was the only thing that confused me, but i'm glad they got married and lived happily ever after! Side Note recommendation if you liked this series: Read or watch My Little Monster & Special A because they are quite similar to this genre All have in common: Romance, High school, The boys is somewhat better than the girl in school, & comedy

I love it & im not okay its over
Its such a good manga. And i love the female character being so strong & independent. I can’t believe its over. I would’ve loved to see a little bit of their life married and with kids.

Couldn’t be happier
I owned this manga when it was released (vol 1-8) by tokyopop and was heartbroken when tokyopop went under. SO HAPPY VIZ PICKED IT UP! This is one of my favourite manga series. The books are in perfect condition and came quickly. Very happy!
