These tie downs are the SAME as the 10 pack that come wit the hardware... just no hardware. The hardware per tie down costs, at the cheapest for stainless steel, $1.23 per tie down loop (2 each of nuts and screws)It is cheaper to buy the 10 pk for $7.99, with the tie downs being the same quality for both.

Just what the package says: 50 plastic pad eyes. They appear to be heavy plastic, not nylon, but will do the job. The top and bottom of the screw holes are both flat. The top of the hole is not recessed. They will work great with rivets or regular flat headed screws but are not designed for a use with countersunk screw heads.

These are the ones for rope or bungee. Not for flat strap. Might be intended for kayaks; but, I am using them to install tiedown points in my RV baggage compartment.

They do the things you want them to do unless you don't want them that I do things and in that case they don't do things

We attached these to our kayaks before taking out this past weekend. They are very hardy plastic. They don't come with screws, we bought stainless steel screws, the size recommended in the question/answer section and they worked great.
