We bought this for my brother-in-law who was doing a mini renovation in his bungalow. He wanted his living room to be tidy but also to have instant access to his play station and games. The fire surround has three storage areas so everything can be kept out of sight but is immediately available when wanted. The colour was a stroke of luck as he had painted the room grey and this is just a little darker than the walls so looks very good.The storage alone makes this an excellent piece in a small room but it also looks good and so far seems sturdy. We have anchored it to the wall and I would say that this is an absolute must for safety.We thought of making a fire surround with storage but couldn't have made something for this price that works as well and does the job so well.

Flimsy and so Poorly made.This fire place ladted 2 weeks before started to become loose, bits of the mdf chiped away.Went in the bin in the end
