I have been looking for a good sleep aid that didn’t leave me groggy during the day or one that actually worked and finally found it with these patches. Can you put one on your wrist, too if your foot or behind the ear. I’m a light sleeper so I wanted to see if these were worth the money and I was pleasantly surprised how well they worked! I get a good 6-8 hours uninterrupted sleep now and feel so rested without having the lagging grogginess that I get with melatonin or Zzzquil. Highly recommended!!

These don’t seem to work at all for me, sadly. Was hoping for some sleep improvement and help for resetting sleep routine, but I’ve seen no real difference whether I use these or not.

I’ve tried melatonin in the past to sleep but always felt groggy the next day. Sometimes I have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. These patches worked great! Felt calm and relaxed within 20-30 minutes. Had an easy time falling asleep and didn’t wake up groggy.

These didn’t work for me. As in they did not help me fall asleep. Also, the pack was missing 2 patches. Instead of a pack of 20 I only received 18. I tried one patch at 10pm And didn’t fall asleep until around 4am. According to the instructions, these patches shows help you drift off in about 30 min which is not at all what I experienced. Will be returning.

I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep so I was hopeful that this patch would help me. I tried it on my husband first and he said it worked for him and has used one each night. After hearing it worked for him I tried it on me. I applied the patch around 8:15pm to give me time to wind down. The instructions say you can apply the patch on the wrist, top of the foot or behind the ear so I applied it to my wrist. It is not uncomfortable and it doesn't have a strong scent, or really much scent at all. I laid in bed watching tv and didn't actually fall asleep until after midnight. On nights I take a benadryl or a quarter dose of nyquil, I fall asleep within the hour while keeping to my same routine. I gave this a 3 star review because it may or may not work for each person based on their own bio-individuality.

I use this product any time I need quality sleep. It’s amazing how quickly I fall asleep with this patch and it puts me in a deep sleep all night. Most effective product I’ve tried. Love it !!

Got the product yesterday. Used on my wrist. Put it on at 9pm, now 1:40am, I'm still awake.Any word for it? Or it's supposed to be use by someone that sleeps easily?

I want to preface this that myself, along with my husband and coworker have all tried these for several nights.I felt like they helped me settle and calm down enough to be able to fall asleep. I felt like a got a deeper sleep.My husband said he felt better after sleeping with it on but didn't notice a difference in his sleeping. I did. He slept like a rock and barely moved all night.I gave my coworker a few for insomnia and she said they knocked her out. The best sleep she's gotten in a while. She was going to get her own.I believe it affects everyone differently but for all of us to get a good night's sleep several times, I say it's worth a shot to try.It does have a cooling affect, almost like icy hot without the hot but it's very mild.
