So here is my review, i purchased this collar on sept 12, it arrived 2 days later and it was gorgeous! The colors and the leather were everything that i was looking for. Today is September 30th and i am so dissapointed to have made this purchase. Here is why, this collar has been on my dog for 16 days, today is day 6 since her surgery so she has not been able to do much for those 6 days. So for 10 days this collar has seen normal wear. Now, my dogs don't swim and i also take off their collars during bath time. I just don't understand how this collar can look to be so worn out as if it was years old. I had bought my other dog a leather collar from another brand sometime around a year ago, and it looks mint condition. I am so dissapointed, because they metal is rubbing off some dark color on the leather and the gold is also coming off. The leather is already cracking and the middle part of the collar looks like i sanded it and the fibers are becoming wild and undone. The crazy thing is, i use the prong collar for the leash, and this is collar is only used as an accessory and to hold her ID tag. I really had high expectations of this brand, but i guess i was wrong. :(Update: The leather has cracked horribly in now a month of use. Not sure if i got a defective cheap collar, or quality has decreased. Will be returning. Not worth your $22!!!UPDATE FEB 2018:I don't know what is even worse, the product or the customer service. They send you a link to amazon to search for your refund status and it takes you to a place where it does not offer help. Bought their item back in September 2017. It is now FEB 2018 and i am fed up trying to get my money back, i am also a prime member. This is one of the BEST SCAMS out there for sure.

I haven't used this collar yet because my dog isn't due here for another month, but I'm disappointed to recieve another customer's return, complete with dog hair. It arrived in a clear poly bag. No box, no paper protecting the metal from scratches like the matching leash. It has dents and bends in the leather. It looks.... used. Because it is.I still gave 3 stars because I do like it and it looks like a solid collar. I just expected more (maybe a new one?) for the high cost.

I marked 5 stars on the sturdiness and durability. Since we just got, I really don’t know. I can write the stitching is great. It appears very sturdy (we each took a side and pulled it to see if the buckle would hold and if the collar would stretch or warp; no it did not). It is real leather. The bronze colored buckle and accents are very nice. I really love the packaging and box. It looks really great on my Anahî.

I purchased this collar for my 1.5 y/o, 11 lbs. Toy Poodle. I would have left 5 stars, however, it doesn't have that extra loop that keeps the end from sticking out, this is a very important feature to have for smaller dogs. I have to put hot glue on the end to keep it from sticking out, which is very inconvenient. Besides this minor flaw, it's by far the favorite collar I've ever purchased for him. Amazing quality, lightweight, and elegant. The leather is more of a nubuck finish, rather than polished leather, which adds to it's classic look. The fabric is amazing and not too hot for summer. I love it.

Great Collar for the price. I thought it was leather all the way around, which its not but I actually like it better how it is. It has a great fit and is a nice color. My dog kept breaking through the clip collars so I needed a belt type collar. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good, solid, semi fancy collar that your dog wont break out of.

Love the look of this collar. It has the substantial look of leather while also looking a bit sporty. The stitching is perfectly done and the hardware is substantial. Unlike some leather collars, this collar is light weight and easily adjusted. I bought these in a M and in a L and they are both true to size. My dog walker even commented on how much she liked them...and she sees lots of collars:)

I have a 80-90 lb lab and this hold up and is really beautiful leather like material !!! We go hiking and in the lake all summer and this hold up wonderfully and is strong and cute !

We looked all over town for a new collar for our Sadie Mae. We wanted a buckle collar, not one of those plastic snap dohickies. After extensive research on the Amazon and other online sites, this collar looked good. It wasn't exactly what we were looking for (we thought) but it was the best choice. SUPRISE! when the collar arrived it was well packaged and the collar looked better in person. We've had the collar for 2 months and it looks great on our Sadie Mae. I'd recommend this collar to anyone looking for a buckle collar.

Item arrived in due time and the quality is highly recommendable as my golden retriever tends to fight his way out of his collars. However, he did not conquer this one and I'm very pleased, plus it looks very stylish and blends with his four.

This collar is beautifully made and looks great on my beautiful girl. The leather is very soft but hard wearing and strong and the woven cloth part is also very strong and can handle all the playful fights and rough and tumble between her and our two male dogs. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a collar that looks cute and pretty but can handle all the adventures a dog has. It is well worth the money.

Very good quality, strong and pretty collar. Couldn’t ask for more!I purchased in February and after many rainy walks with a pulling dog the leather had started to wear down near the D ring so I am purchasing a replacement today. It’s still usable and it is not ruined but just to be on the safe side I’m replacing it for the longer walks. So please be aware that whilst it is a gorgeous collar, the British weather will wear it down and you’ll have to replace it eventually. So to summarise: perfect collar but am replacing just over 6 months later as it is very worn down (mostly by my own over use-age!)There should be a discount code for a repeat purchase lol!So I’d say definitely consider purchasing it but be aware that it won’t be a “lifetime” investment (although does anything ever last a long time with dogs anyway?! ;-) )

This is a well made heavy collar. I was disappointed that there was so much material and not enough leather. When my cavapoo wears the collar the material bit shows on her neck and the leather bit (which is on the buckle and is the heavy part) goes under her chin so isn’t really seen. I would have preferred this the other way round. When she is wearing it the collar just looks like a piece of webbing. My own fault I must have misread the description the actual leather that is on the collar is lovely, shame there isn’t more of it.

I love this collar. It looks unique and very smart on our dog. He doesn't scratch so it must be comfortable.
