I feel great but I still have some issues
Okay I've been taking these for less than a month. So I will come back and give an updated review. I only noticed that I go to the bathroom quite often and it's emergency. It's like a sudden strong urge to go to the bathroom. And I do mean it is a strong urge where you're afraid that if you don't get to a bathroom soon you are going to be in serious trouble. It does give you quality bowel movements and you feel like you've lost 10 pounds after work. However I have not weighed myself yet so I don't know if I've lost any weight I do not feel as though I have lost any weight I take this product along with the adrenal reset the thyroid reset and I also take iodine that comes from my doctor's office at the women's clinic and I also take nature-throid I think it's 65 mg. So I don't know if I'm taking too much I don't want to make my thyroid even more dependent on medication. But I'm just trying to do whatever it is I can do to lose weight. I feel better I have energy to do a lot of things and I'm able to get a lot of things done but I do get very tired and worn out after work it's not like I'm crashing, but it's like I have the energy to do what needs to be done and then after that I'm beat and you can see it on my face I look worn and I look tired and you can tell that I need rest. And so I go when I get that rest and I wake up and I feel revived and ready to take on the next day in the same cycle just repeats itself so I don't know if that's a good thing or bad thing. But it sure does beat being fatigued all day it sure does beat having no motivation to do anything all day so really I'm not complaining. So I will wait and see how things go. I go through phases where I just don't want to eat anything in the weight just drops off and then I go through phases where I want to eat everything and then all the weight that I lost end up coming back. This is been a repetitive cycle for a few years now and it just seems like I can't break free of it. So we'll see what happens but I still continue to work out I still continue to take my nightly hikes and workout on the elliptical to get that cardio and heart rate pumping. To be honest with you I feel as though I've gained weight because my face looks fuller. But I don't want to blame that on the T3 conversion there's no way that it should cause me to lose to gain weight if anything I should lose weight not gain. So I'm going to keep on taking it get my blood work done see how that turns out see what my next way in is going to be like and take it from there. Now before I started taking the T3 conversion I did not I feel like I had gained weight. I was actually losing again. But like I said lately my face just looks so full and swollen and I can't stand even look in the mirror. But when you're going through perimenopause there are days when there's heavy water retention heavy inflammation and then there are days when there's hardly any information and or water retention it's just an up-and-down cycle all the time so again I say I'll have to weigh in and see what happens this is so frustrating having to go through these changes and I'll be honest with you I am not the type of person that eats perfectly clean to help my thyroid there is so much that I cannot eat because of hypothyroidism to the point where you might as well just shoot me now. I love broccoli I love kale I love whole grains. And I love baked chicken fried chicken I love turkey breast and I loved it a to go to McDonald's and get up a kids Happy Meal one day a week. And you know I love having you know baked chicken and mashed potatoes or baked chicken and dressing and I'm not giving those things up I'm just trying to eat them in moderation and with that being said it could also contribute to me not losing the weight the way I should or the way I want you but it's impossible for me to live a life where I never eat those things again you know I was even told that tomatoes are not good for people who have hypothyroidism broccoli isn't good for people who have hypothyroidism so I need to take as many supplements and boosters as I can to try to help balance out or make up for the stuff that I eat that's not necessarily crap but it just doesn't work with my condition and food today whether it's labeled organic or non-GMO don't mean a thing because you know this is the world we live in and our food and our soil is not perfectly clean so we really don't know what we are eating and I hope all this information helps someone.

Feeling better
Had my thyroid removed and even though my test are in the range they need to be I hadn't been feeling my best so I decided to try these. I like that I can take these while on my thyroid medicine. I haven't been on them long but I can already tell I am feeling better overall

Noted in my comment
Very helpful. It would be very helpful for a person like myself with low hypothyroidism to discuss this with their Doctor or an endocrinologist

Be careful of ashwaganda
Ashwaganda should not be taken by people with thyroid issues. I bought it before really doing research on it after becoming very ill after taking it. I'm sure people have had good results but don't invest the money. Try taking ashwaganda on its own first. Cheaper and you can see if it's okay in your system without spending $$$

I Believe A Good Product !
I tried and a good product, not continuing at this time, but if you have thyroid issues that maybe related to nutrition I think it can be helpful instead of buying a lot of supplements and guessing !
