Arrived totally damaged. UPS is the only return option (assuming international). Sent photo of damage to customer service. Firm policy requires a return for any refund or replacement. Could buy 2 more for the cost of shipping and gas to get to the nearest UPS. Product would be nice, however WAY overpriced for how flimsy and fragile it is.
