What is the difference between this and pineapple juice ?

The amount of bromelain in one cup of pineapple juice can vary widely depending on factors such as the ripeness of the pineapple, the processing method used to extract the juice, and the specific brand of juice. However, on average, one cup (240 ml) of fresh pineapple juice contains about 12-24 milligrams of bromelain. 
Typical doses of bromelain supplements for digestive and anti-inflammatory purposes range from 200-800 milligrams per day, so If you are looking to supplement with Bromelain, drinking pineapple juice would be insufficient, unless you are ingesting a minimum of 4 + cups daily.  Our Bromelain delivers the recommended amount in just a few sprays, with no hassle or calories or added sugars in the pineapple juice.

I’m eating pineapple and juice of the the bark and skin, as well. It helped a bit for about 2 months. Haven’t used this spray much bc I got the real fruit

No, it is designed to be stable for at least 6 months after opening, however you will extend the shelf life drastically if you do choose to refrigerate it. 
If you don’t refrigerate it- it’s completely stable in cold or room temperature environment, it is however sensitive to heat and direct sunlight. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
