If you normally take a large -for example- but enjoy a looser fit, I would recommend getting the extra large. I have worn it 10 times washed as per instructions and once (accidentally) in the washer on the gentle cycle. So far so good. My experience with Sauna Suits in the past was that over time the seams start to separate and the stitching becomes undone. Not the case here. It is still early days but I am impressed with the material and how it functions. I always wear it with a thin base layer of merino wool as I like the feel of natural fabrics against my skin.

Great sauna suit! Just ran nine miles with just the jacket on i would normally burn around 850-900 calories for that distance today was 1083 calories. As good as a extra 200 calories I would 100% recommend this item 👍

It does it’s job pretty well but it stinks Even after few times washing. Although it works great 👍

Quick delivery and from the off set looks good I’m 17 1/2 stone 6”2 and went for xxxl and it fits great so I would go up a size to what the chart says now time for some serious sweating 😂

I wear a sauna suit under my cycling gear and so the fit is as important as the comfort, ease of use and effectiveness.The RDX Sauna Suit, ticks all the boxes and is very good value for money.

Great product

Less then a 6 months of us and the zipper start opening from the middle. My expectations were higher but fortunately isn’t worth it. Should last at least year longer.

Firstly delivery really quick from amazon, regarding the product it does what it says. Will make you sweat but it stinks of fish. Strong smell when received and even after many washes still has the smell. Will wear for outside running but couldn't use it in commercial gym.

The sizing is way off and I mean waaaay off. If you wear a small, order an XL. It’s that drastic. The window closed for me to return unfortunately so I’m gonna give t to my 11 year old it’ll probably fit him.Also beware when you open it. It smells like a fish ate another fish, died, then was eaten by another fish which also died, then washed ashore into a street sweeper and was left in the sun for a week. Had to soak on baking soda and vinegar and wash a few times before anyone could be around it.

Best sauna suit ever, well made and well worth the price

Received this a day ago. It has a very strong chemical smell that gave me a headache. Then the zipper would not work. This is my experience with this product. When I finally got it on and began walking, the zipper came undone.

This suit fits true to size. The smell is HORRIBLE! Complete waste of money. No way could anyone wear this item in the gym or even at home. Smells like burning rubber! Joke of the gym.
