Decent attachment
I like this attachment for working the triceps. The ergonomic grip really does feel comfortable in your hands. It’s pretty long though, almost too long for my home gym cable machine. I either have to hunch down a bit or do cable extensions on my knees (which is weird but doable). I can go heavier with this attachment than I can with the regular rope.
