I have CFS and this really helps give me more energy. I typically just take one in the morning with breakfast, but if I overdo it later and feel myself crashing, a second dose really helps get me back to feeling better. I also take d-ribose, L-citrullene, and L-carnitine for energy, and the combination of those is my holy grail. But this Co-Q10 just by itself is significant as well.

Quality product
I take a Pill for high Cholesterol. Apparently that pill also cuts out a lot of the coq10 in my body, which is required for a healthy heart and other things. So I started taking this supplement. My primary doctor said that’s a good choice. The price is good and the products seems to be decent quality. Purchased a few times and will continue to purchase.
