From the Manufacturer Lufkin Executive Diameter Engineer's tape is designed for measuring diameters of pipe, cable, tires or any circular object. The polished chrome case is small enough to fit into any pocket, carry in a purse or briefcase. Review: Tiny, light, good quality - I love this little guy. I have used it to measure pipe diameters but my primary use is purely to have a small tape measure on me at all times when I’m working. It’s small enough to entirely forget you have it in your pocket until you need it. Obviously, it isn’t the best tape measure for most jobs but it’s the best tape measure I’ve found for keeping in my pocket. It’s far better than all the other small ones I tried to use for the same purpose. It really is perfect for what I use it for and it’s an added bonus that it can do pipe diameters. Review: Just the right size! - As pictured and described. Perfect for carrying in your pocket. It has an additional 3.5" on the leading end allowing for an ample area to grab and hold it without covering the starting 0-line on either side. Likewise on the opposite side with pipe diameters measured in 100ths. I suppose for precision measuring and alignment of the pipe circumference. The large numbers on that side refer to the the pipe diameter it fits around. I'm not a pipe fitter, so I really don't understand what this pipe circumference measuring system is designed for. I purchased the tape measure simply to have a 6' tape to carry in my pocket for general measuring when a big 12, 16, or 25' tape isn't handy or necessary. Amazing how useful a small tape measure like this is for everyday general needs! ...and it's metal case won't break or crush like the plastic ones do when you lean on something! The perfect all-around measuring tape to carry in your pocket. Enjoy! ## Features - Designed for measuring diameters of pipe, cable, tires, and other circular items - Double-sided blade print - simply turn the blade over for a conversion from diameter to circumference - Durable metal case made from polished chrome - Easy-to-read, bold graduations - Compact size for easy storage and transport ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0002JT2AI | | Best Sellers Rank | #15,479 in Tools & Home Improvement ( See Top 100 in Tools & Home Improvement ) #56 in Tape Measures | | Blade Length | 6 feet | | Blade Material | Alloy Steel | | Blade Width | 6 millimeters | | Brand | Lufkin | | Brand Name | Lufkin | | Case Material | Metal | | Case Material Type | Metal | | Color | Chrom | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 1,651 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00037103458513 | | Included Components | 1 Lufkin Branded Device | | Item Dimensions L x W | 72"L x 0.25"W | | Item Type Name | Engineer's Tape | | Item Weight | 1.44 ounces | | Lock Type | Auto | | Manufacturer | CRESCENT | | Measurement Accuracy | class 2 | | Model | W606PD | | Number of Items | 1 | | Part Number | W606PD | | Product Dimensions | 72"L x 0.25"W | | UPC | 037103458513 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | Standard Limited Lifetime | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Lufkin - **Color:** Chrom - **Item Weight:** 1.44 ounces - **Measurement Accuracy:** class 2 - **Product Dimensions:** 72"L x 0.25"W ## Images ![Crescent Lufkin 1/4" x 6' Executive® Diameter Pocket Tape Measure | W606PD - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61FCh4del9L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size, Style** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: It says it's 6 foot. Does that mean it can measure a tree with a 6' diameter? Or is the tape 6' long and can only measure a tree about 2' diameter** A: The tape is 6' long, it measures 23.050" max on the diameter scale. **Q: What is the diameter of this tape measure?** A: The case is approximately 1 3/4" in diameter. **Q: How long delivery to indonesia?** A: Im guessing 4 to 5 days. **Q: Would like to know exact outside dimensions of the tape measure** A: Not sure I threw it away and went back to the Stanley 3’ version. It was aggravating to use because the keys kept pulling out the tape unlike the Stanley that comes with a key connection elsewhere on the body of the tape. Both are about 2” around. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tiny, light, good quality *by B***Y on September 28, 2026* I love this little guy. We recently did a few small remodel projects in our home. It seemed like every time I went to the store to shop I needed a measuring tape! I started carrying one and was using it quite frequently, but it was so bulky. I looked around on Amazon and found this. It is a little bit pricey, but completely worth it. I tried another product, but it was so small that the tape didn’t really work and it was more like a novelty item. That is not the case with this tape at all! It is extremely effective and the tape does not get stuck when trying to pull it out or retract it. It is strong and high quality. I’ve had several people ask to use it when I’ve broken it out in the store. :) Great item to have. Highly recommend! ## Frequently Bought Together - Crescent Lufkin 1/4" x 6' Executive® Diameter Yellow Clad A19 Blade Pocket Tape Measure - W606PD - Perfect Pi Diameter Circumference Tape Measure - Imperial and Metric Tape Measure 1/2-inch by 12ft / 3.5m Use for Measuring Cylindrical Objects (Pipe Tape, Tree Tape) Model DCT120 - Crescent Lufkin 1/4" x 6' Executive® Diameter Yellow Clad A18 Blade Pocket Tape Measure - W606P --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.cy/products/4613311-crescent-lufkin-1-4-x-6-executive-diameter-pocket-tape](https://www.desertcart.com.cy/products/4613311-crescent-lufkin-1-4-x-6-executive-diameter-pocket-tape) --- *Product available on Desertcart Cyprus* *Store origin: CY* *Last updated: 2026-11-02*
