Game changer for PMS/PMDD
I bought these supplements for PMS support, especially for mood and concentration. I don’t have severe cramps, so I can’t comment on that, but I’ve been using them for seven months now. I stretch them over three cycles instead of consuming them for 30 days. I start them a few days before my cycle and continue until 1-2 days after to help with the post-period hormonal crash. These supplements have helped me tremendously. I recommend them if you struggle with irritability, mood swings, and brain fog during your period.

I find taking these a few days before my menstrual cycle starts reduces cramping and mood changes. I hate it when I forget to take them.

I would say it took away 3/4 of my pms symptoms. The only symptoms left is fatigue and lack of motivation. But my mood is great and sunny. Love this product the best I’ve had so far.

Stopped being effective after my first pack. It gave me GI issues and did not help my mood. Does help eith menstrual cramps at least. Originally, it did help my mood even when It wasn't my time of the month. I must be immune to them now or something.

Helps with intense mood swings
I have been taking these for almost months now. And they worked within the first month. My mood swings, craving, and breast soreness have decreased by well a lot. I normally get really mean and sad. Feeling no hope. But these are actually help. Only thing they don't help is with my cramps. They feel a little more intense than normal. But small price to pay to stay feeling like myself. ☺️
