***Oct 2025 update*** After living with the mug for 10 months, there are some extras I want to flag that I’ve had to knock two stars off for. And this may be less of an issue if you have a dishwasher but for those like me that don’t it’s something to consider. The lid. This is both the best and worst thing about this mug. As per my original review below, the lid is great from a drinking point of view and from a leak proof point of view. But from a cleaning point of view it is a massive pain (at least for those without a dishwasher). I’ve tried cleaning brushes and soaking it in hot soapy water, denture tablets to create a hot cleaning soak (I don’t have dentures but thought this might help with cleaning the lid and it has to a degree) but I’m struggling to get a damp smell out of the lid that has essentially stopped me using the mug as a travel mug for the last 2-3 months. The rest of the travel mug and drinking experience is fantastic but this is certainly a point of frustration that has me looking at alternatives for a better solution. Downgraded my review to 3/5. **Original Review** This is hands down the best coffee mug I’ve owned. It is, like many decent travel mugs, leak proof. But this one is the nicest from a usability point of view. The 360° sipping lid is amazing. It’s almost like drinking out of a regular mug (minus the plastic material the lid is made from of course). Many mugs have those small drinking holes that aren’t so great. If you take the lid off to drink out of it like a regular mug they often have a metal edge that isn’t pleasant to drink from. This mug has neither of those issues. From a drinking point of view is easy and convenient. It also hold more drink than most other mugs I’ve tried holding over 400ml. It also keeps the drink hot for a good couple of hours. Negatives - the lid isn’t the easiest to clean. If you have a dishwasher than you can put the lid in there and that’s the best approach to take. If you don’t then you’ll need a bottle brush and will likely need to soak it in hot soapy water once a week. The other point to keep in mind, due to the push down spring action to open the lid for drinking, I would recommend putting the lid on with it in drinking mode. It you put it on with it closed, I’ve found it can be hard to open sometimes as the heat pressure seals it. You should always look to release the initial pressure build up with any coffee mug but in the case of this design it becomes very hard to open and I would say does increase the risk of spilling hot drink if you are trying to release it once that pressure is there. I find give it 30 secs to a minute to avoid this issue. Overall, I 100% recommend this mug. Absolutely love it.

Great cup but was delivered without a box so not ideal as giving as a gift. Also could have been scratched / damaged in transit.

The lid to this cup broke after extremely light use (less than once/week for less than 6 months). Still within warranty, but too late to do a return through Amazon. I contacted the company and they said, here's a credit to buy a replacement lid. But the shipping would be £12!! I said you should send a replacement for free or cover the shipping fee. They said the credit would cover the shipping - and it didn't. Then they offered me more credit, but still didn't cover shipping. I don't want more products from the company, they have already proven to be shoddy quality! Finally, after a month of badgering them, they said to ask Amazon for a replacement or refund!! Unbelievable! Amazon came through, but this company is rubbish.

I love this cup! I am even willing to wash it by hand to use it over all my other cups. I love that it won’t spill (I’ve held it upside down numerous times while full of hot coffee), and I love how intuitive the design is for drinking. It keeps my coffee hot and keeps my hands protected. I want more of them.

I was very excited to get this especially for a nice looking external finish and the ceramic lining. I must say after 2 weeks, the product proved to be not worth the money at all. The 360 degree push sip lid that seems to be a great idea at the beginning, completely stopped working in less than a month. I now have to continue using it while the lid is open since it's just stuck, and no matter how many I try to push again it doesn't close back. Also, the cup now only smells and tastes like tea from inside. While the ceramic lining is supposed to be solution to this, it doesn't seems like its doing a good job at eliminating the taste, smell or stains. I personally regret buying it and now looking for a substitute.

Bought it for my husband and he uses it everyday. He said it doesn’t spill and it’s easy to carry around for his work.

Quality is amazing, no slip and no spill is perfect for car!
