I'm an older woman and I bought these long shorts because I hate ladies shorts that are both too short and too high-waisted. I always 100% buy men's pants and shorts with wide legs a few sizes too large and then take in the waist, which sits closer to my hips in men's pants, making for a very flattering and slimming A-line look over my relatively small waist and big hips, if a little hip-hoppy and "butch" - I prefer "tomboyish".These shorts in black are very heavy, very durable cotton. Great for men or women working in trades in summer heat. These shorts should last you for life. That's how sturdy they are. Very much like Dickies or Carhart shorts. Excellent style that will never go out of style. Very comfortable, fit great, and you won't feel half-naked in them, as they come down below your knees without riding up Very good value.

These Are Quality Jean Shorts for a reasonable price. They're loose fitting and comfortable usually they land just below the knee. You can't go wrong here.

Product is great

Got the black pair. The difference in the black to light color on theses shorts is not like the image shown. It's quite subtle. The fit is tight for me. I normally wear a 44 with a belt as I am more like a 43. I wear no belt with these and they are snug. Like I had to suck in a bit. After washing they are a smidge tighter. The length is below my knee (I'm 5'4" and 3/4). Relaxed fit is comfortable in the thighs and butt. The black pair smells a little funny...but after a few washes it's fine...just the smell of the dye used!

The jeans are great, strong and fits comfortably as a big guy it is sometimes difficult to find my size. Thank you for having my size.

I have both the black pair and medium sand blue pair and the quality between both is noticeably different. The black pair is made of heavy true denim while the blue pair is very cheap and thin denim. Because of this, I might only buy the black pair later on. Because of this, only the black pair gets 5 stars. I’m female by the way, and always enjoyed wearing longer length mens shorts.

They came as they appeared in the photo but slightly smaller than advertised
