I absolutely love this. It's a huge relief to be able to leave this for my cat when we go on holidays. It's never had any issues, never gotten jammed, nothing. I've had it for quite a few months now and it's perfect. I also appreciate that it doesn't have an app, but it's all programmed on the feeder's interface.

Easy to set up and performs very well.

I purchased two of these for my cats and I really like them. They feed my cats every day and I chose them since they dispense Purina Pro Plan kibble well. They have were they record you telling your cats to come eat or call their name, and it depends on how close you are to the feeder whether it’s loud or quiet. When the food dispenses it’s a normal noise level that youd expect. They’re pretty sturdy since at least my cats have never spilled them. And hopefully they won’t anytime soon! The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that one of my feeders consistently gets a few minutes off of universal time. Like I set the system time and it gets off by a few minutes so every few months I have to reset the system time.

The product worked as described. The only issue is that the instructions aren't that clear. When you choose a portion to come out of the feeder it doesn't indicate how much drops down, so you have to play with it to figure it out, other than that it works as described
