**Q: How much Saturated fat?**
A: There are three grams of Saturated fat per serving. A serving size is 33 chips.

**Q: Can you use these for molding chocolate melts?**
A: They are not the best for molds.  The reason is that they are formulated for chips so that are not as fluid as wafers that are typically used for molds.  If you add Cocoa Butter back into the mix, you would be able to think it out enough.  Hope that helps.

These chocolate chips are so good. They are a good size, too. Not mini chips. I used them in my overnight oats with cashew butter. Delicious! Melts well and not too sweet. I ate some straight from the bag 🤭
