It charges, which is what I got it for!
It’s great, I can now Hoover the carpet and floors, because it charged the battery on my Hoover!

CHARGER didn't charge
Charger appeared to operate as light on vacuum indicated it was charging. Left it to charge for 12 hours and it still had not reached full charge which normally is indicated on the vacuum .When I went to use the vacuum the power level was less than when it was put on charge.
