Bought it, worked fine, loved it in fact. then the inside screen "loosened" from the phone, so the touch sensitive doesn't work rendering the phone unusable. I only had it for a few months, but the seller refused to even engage in a conversation about what was wrong with the phone. It was not, nor ever their problem as they are only a reseller of Amazon.I contacted Samsung, who said the reseller is not recognised as a legitimate reseller of Samsung products so the warranty has no legitimacy. I can fix it (at a cost near the price of a new phone), or buy a new phone.So, I hope nothing goes wrong for you, I really enjoyed the phone for the few months I had it. Amazing to read documents and emails and generally work from. until that fateful day I made the call to the seller.

Now almost 4 months since I bought this phone. USP is big screen which is very useful. Charge last for aroun 40 hours if not used excessively. Good quality display. Nice camera quality.Cons. Costly, little bulky , should have provided S pen included for this high price.

The device I would say still is in its infancy and prototype stage. If you can, wait out another generation or two for the perfect foldable.

Samsung 1 year manufacturer warranty is by default from the date of activation. But when I chat with Support they said Care plus is expired in 2022. I purchased today(12 May 2023). They asked me to go to Samsung store nearby and purchase Careplus by paying there.

I bought this as an upgrade to my s10 and honestly my transition has been almost flawless. The phone is slightly narrower than the s10 making it have a very good handful. The thickness was some thing to get used to but the big screen in tablet mode helps alot while going through mail and excel files .Don't regret buying this phone at all. I recommend making the shift to a foldable like the flip 4

Disappointed ! The Phone could be a repacked or resealed and resold. The phone was already registered with Samsung on 08.11.22 and one cannot re-register it, thus losing ones warranty and 2 year free Samsung care+. There was dust n prints on the phone inside fold screen under the misaligned original plastic cover (This can perhaps happen at factory if wrongly packed, or for a retuned piece stored in an unclean environment etc. The phone had 21% charge and was not switching on. I chatted with Samsung online and noted that it was activated on 08.11.22 hence they politely refused to register it !! Luckily Amazon has a return policy for prime customers to avoid deceptive sales or such problems. I've been a satisfied Amazon customer for many years and always prefer buying from Amazon. Perhaps the supplier can take corrective action presuming the unit delivered to me may be a one-off case as I noticed there are many other happy customers.

موبايل رائع مميزاته كتيرة جدا مع ان كنت قلقانه من الشاشة كتير خوفوني منها بس الكلام غلط شغال معايا لحد الان والشاشه ماحصلش فيها اي حاجه الحمدلله
