I was recommended this tea by my doctor as a more natural way to relieve constipation and I love it! It works gently, but also definitely works well. Taste is good too, especially with a bit of honey! Would not take more than about once a week though. Overall good value for what I paid as well.

This is a must in our home! My elderly mother has always had issues going regularly. Prescriptions never worked. Her oncologist recommended this. Works great for her. She is now getting the help she needs. I would highly recommend this

My go to for inconsistent bathroom activities 😁. Works overnight very well. I tend to steep it for a couple hours which makes it pretty strong. That does cause some cramping but I welcome it to get the job done. My wife uses it too but takes hers in the morning because it works too fast and she doesnt want to go in the middle of the night. Excellent way to regulate bowel habits.

This stuff works well. I've been using g it for years. Gentle, but maybe don't drink the whole cup. And don't take laxatives too often, they say bad for kidneys. Eat fruit like prunes and veggies.

I have been experiencing pain and constipation while losing weight. I have only used the product once so far and it does seem to work! The taste is a little strange…almost tastes like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, oddly enough. I’m not a big hot tea drinker but I was surprised that it wasn’t awful tasting. Hopefully this will help with my issue.
