Does what it was formulated to do. I love it.
I can't say enough about this product. Taste is not the worse just use 1 teaspoon of honey and you are good to go. For me it works in 4 hours max and you don't get those painful cramps. It does what is says, give you a smooth move. Easy to digest and worth every penny. Better than taking magnesium because this tea does not give you diarrhea. It works well for me. I have been using this tea for a year now. Love it

Gentle, and great product
It actually works! On large mug of hot water and one bag of this around noon time, and you move pretty well then next day. It is pretty gentle because it is actually a flower/plant that they crush and put into the teabags (no tea) for use
