The media could not be loaded. I have been searching for a small portable video camera for a while now. And....search NO MORE! This is perfect for what I need. I need a small vid camera that I can clip on my shirt during my Sound Healing sessions.... and also a cam to record my first view perspective of my playing(handpan etc) for my YouTube channel.OK-my quick review!--- YAY! I didn't know that this cam has wifi. Basically you use your phone to connect to the cam through wifi. And from there you can view and control the recording with your phone!- VIDEO: I haven't taken the cam outdoors yet. The vid I uploaded is from my home office. Its a bit "dark" in here.But the video is acceptable. Am happy with it. Haven't test out the night vision(I have it set not off)- AUDIO:I did not get this for the sounds(but its saved along with the video)- COMPUTER CONNECTIONS: The connection to my Mac is a tad iffy. Had to plug and unplug the USB C cable three times to get my Mac to recognize it.....no big deal.- EASE OF USE: I like how this unit has 3 dedicated buttons-1: Camera 2: Audio and 3: video. Select the options you want and viola! Good to go!- SETTINGS: Heres the "exciting" part and the head scratching comes in. If you are trying to change settings within the unit....yes, can be done. And no....unless you like scratching and bumping your head against the wall- a few times.Yes, the unit has a tiny weeeeenie screen. ....why do you or a person wanna go through all that? Just download the App - RoadCam( iOS and Android) - Be the smart person(ahem) and change the settings from there! While enjoying your coffee...or tea....or your energy drink.....Upon opening the box:you 'll find:- The unit itself.- 2 body clips.- usb C charging cable.- 64 gig memory card(YES 64 gig) *I hate it when manufacturer skimmed this part with a 4 gig or 8 gig card.Forcing you to spend more money. But they got it right here-THANK YOU-64 GIG memory card.*- a bicycle mounting mount.Final thoughts- Am very happy with this so far, especially for what I need this for.Will update as I start using this more!

This body cam is garbage. The manual is written in broken English and doesn't match the controls. For example, it says to long press M for menu when it's actually a short click. The 1080p sets to 1080 in menu but says 720 on screen. Which brings me to the picture quality. In 1080 it looks more like 360p. I've seen kids toys that have better quality than this. The only thing worse than the picture quality is the audio. Very distorted and pretty much unusable. To view on phone you have to download an app that has 1.9 stars in play store reviews. It doesn't playback videos it only does a live view.

I purchased this to use for my security job. Overall for the price, it's pretty good. The screen for the settings is small but the picture quality and video quality are actually pretty good. It's plug-and-play in the computer and I was impressed at how well my day and night vision photos turned out. The menu takes a little time to get used to but it does offer different options which is great. The instructions don't explain what some of the features are in the camera. My only issue is I have to charge it every day when I first bought the camera it lasted about a week. It's pretty durable as I have had a couple of accidental drops but it worked fine after checking it. It comes with two clips which is great.Update: The camera no longer will take a charge. Regardless of how long it's plugged in it will not charge. The buttons on the camera are starting to stick. Customer support is not helpful or does not respond back.

Out of the list of body cams out there I picked this one because of the IOS app interface. According to all the documentation I could set and change all settings and control the body cam directly from the app; this is not true!One of the first things I tried to change was the Wi-Fi name. After typing in the new name and pressing the ok it boots me off the device and shuts it down. Now that makes sense since when it reboots it should have a new Wi-Fi name; absolutely nothing has changed.So I figured that I could at least change the Wi-Fi password. After typing in the new password and confirming it; once again nothing happens.I Didn’t find any options to change to stealth mode, change the IR auto to off/on/auto and no selection for 1296P the highest is 1080P.So what next... let’s see how it works.Camera button: takes photos like it should.Audio button: records like it should.Video button: records audio and video like it should.Ok so let’s go back into the app...After looking for both pictures and videos none can be found. Hhhmmmm I know I took them why is it saying no photos or videos...Let’s plug it into the computer.It comes up as an external drive. Under the DCM folder there are 3 folders Audio, photos and videos. In each of these are the recordings that I have made. So the device does work; however, if you are looking to be able to use it using the IOS app (the main reason I bought this) you are pretty much out of luck!The main reason I bought this is I am blind and use an IPhone with VoiceOver and needed a body camera because of the type of work that I do. Most body cameras have menus and digital displays and for someone who is blind they are not usable so I picked this one out because of the IOS app.With a 1” screen even someone sighted would have trouble being able to see it so I’m guessing unless you want to have to review your files on a computer you might want to find another body camera!As an Amazon prime member, I give honest reviews, whether or not it is a good one or a bad one.
