Three of the six bottles that arrive had product spilled out.

I disliked the price, however the ketchup in glass bottles tasted much better than the ones in plastic bottles. I can't eat the ketchup that comes in their plastic bottles

The product is fine and as advertise. I would have given a higher rating, except the packaging was horrible. I got one broken bottle, that had spilled onto the other bottles. Packaging needs to be more secure.

I bought the six pack of bottles and they're great. Just like I remember.They were packed in a box inside another box and the bottles were individually wrapped in bubble sleeves. All intact with safety seals on the caps. Perfect for summer cookout season! A+++

My favorite ketchup in a glass bottle just like restaurants had back in the good old days.

I had ordered this one time and everything went fine. This last time, sure cannot say that. The bottle was damaged at the cap, the product was spoiled and outdated to begin with! I think this is a hit and miss situation. The other bottle in the same shipment was fine! The prior order, no issues at all! Im almost positive it was a different seller.I emptied the damaged bottle and filled with store bought ketchup (somewhat dismayed as I was trying to also stay away from ANY plastic contained toxic foods), as I do not store any food in aluminum or plastics in our home. As a medical practitioner I try and at least practice what I preach (so to speak, I don't really preach to my patients, but I do inform them, then we can know a person has informed choices based on some facts). However even if a product like ketchup is stored in plastic, I was able in this case to get some from the store, and after washing the messed up bottle, place the new ketchup inside. It does reduce the exposure time it has to plastic, so that's better than nothing. Also, who doesn't like the old fashion bottles!? Loved them as a kid, love them now! As we all contend with COVID19 and the stay at home orders, we can still cook on our grills and have fresh air, and a "REAL" bottle of ketchup! I'll take a glass coke with that ketchup too! ha! Nothing beats Glass!! And I love the retro from the 70's!Pls be aware of your sellers "Grade" on Amazon ...I had seen where others had issues with expired bottles arriving as well. I had been careful the first time and sadly let me guard down the second time. But it was something I was able to work around this time. Ill be more careful in the future that's for sure! Heads up, pls do the same when buying this product!PS I wish I had thought to take a photo when this first happened and post in here, but I didn't even think of taking up time to do so at that moment. More important things were pressing for time. Hope others will do so, and I will if it occurs again in the future! Hopefully never need to!

One bottle had its top opened and the ketchup has leaked out. Bottles were not wrapped separately. So the leaked ketchup from one got all over the second one. Labels are saturated and about to peak/rub off. Apparently this item isn’t returnable - I understand that since it is a food item but when the product isn’t useable there should be something that can be done - like send another bottle.

The ketchup is fresher in glass bottles. Glass bottles can be recycled.
