Old WestMen's Corona Calf Leather Roper Toe Joseph Pull-on Cowboy Boots Western

This is my second pair of Old West boots. The first pair Black Cherry turned out to be Red. Not a fan but they fit well for a 9.5 wide foot. I shined them up with Black Lincoln wax and they turned into a nice Oxblood with a developing mirror shine a go-to anywhere boot from dirt to dance floor. This second pair with a suede finish had the same no break-in fit and a nice darkish brown color. Sprayed them with. Tarrago Nano Silicone waterproof protective spray and now I have a great everyday casual boot that looks great and should last long. Both Old West boots are well made, comfortable, quality boots for a affordable price.I like everything about them and they can be resoled a long way down the road but, they’ve earned my business when looking for a new pair of boots.

Perfect fit....a little snug but they stretch. Very comfortable and the price is better than the Justin boot and they are more comfortableI will be ordering more of these bootsUpdate October 2018....I have had four pair of these boots and I have got great use out of them. They are still in great shape after4 year only had to have the heels replaced and thats because I'm fussy. Two out of the four pair of Boots I donated them tosomeone who couldn't afford new boots and they are still wearing them. One black and one brown pair.I love these boots for any type of wear. The black boots will spit shine. I have worn them in formal, work, riding motorcylesthey are my every day wear. I'm in the process of buy two pair and donating my present one to another person.The key to make a boot last long is not to wear them every day. Rotate them out and polish them. I hope my star rating isn't too misleading. These seem great - they're very nice looking and much lighter than other boots I've worn without feeling cheap. The problem is the size.In most shoes I'm an 11 but the 11Ds I ordered did not come close to fitting. I actually went to a local shop and tried on several pairs from different brands in this style. An 11EE fit me well across all of them so I ordered these in that size and they still were way too small.Again, they look great, seem well made, and are very light weight but my suggestion would be to order a wider size than usual.

The brown color is really in need of immediate polishing because it is a rather un-energetic tan. It was sung and then settled in. I measure at 9.5 and got a 10, which fit well. I feel that the boot is the right size for a 9.5 foot, in order to give sufficient space for my toes. I returned a 10.5 which was too large, which meant that the heel slips in the boot. I am not afraid of an initial tight fit with a leather boot. For the price, that is less than $60, it is a good deal. If you are going to do something strenuous with the boot, you may want to look at some higher end products. I am $60 satisfied, but wouldn't have been for $150.

Love the boots at that price point. they look almost black but thats OK I still like them and the have a nice fill. Only reason I didn't give more stars was because after wearing them twice the inside upper lining on one boot is coming out in pieces. When I took the boots off after wearing the second time I noticed little black piece of something all over the floor were I took them off. after further inspection I discovered it was the lining inside breaking apart and coming out once I slipped my foot out.

Bought these as a birthday gift for myself. I love the fit, and they're comfortable enough for work or lounging around the house. The "rough" leather finish is soft, but durable.My only complaint is that the inside lining is some kind of flexible plastic, which wouldn't be a big deal, but after 10 months they are now coming apart and causing discomfort on my ankles.

We bought these boots and they fell completely apart after 6 months of normal wear. Sheplers would not refund or exchange for another pair because they were worn and we did not file a request within 30 days of purchase. A second pair was purchased directly from Boot Barn who owns and sells Sheplers products online only. The boots arrived and after one day of use they had massive wrinkles and cracks across the top of the foot area. A call to Sheplers directly resulted in them telling us they have never had any problems with these boots before but we know better. Two sets of these boots purchased 6 months apart and from two different venues turned out to be either extremely poor quality or defective and they will not honor any return policy.

My second pair from Old West. I normally wear a 12E, but I learned after my first order to go with a 12D when buying Old West. Fits great. Comfortable. My only caveat. If you have thick calves this boot might not fit. The shaft is a tight fit. But you can't beat the price.
