I kept it, but...
It doesn't look very finished. It's dull, not shiny, so it doesn't appear to be sealed. I used it to add some color and light to a dark corner of the kitchen. Since I knew it would be covered with greenery and candles, I kept it.

I needed a tray no taller than 15 inches. This fit perfectly. It can packaged well and easy to assemble. I highly recommend.
