Q: What are the dimensions of the tub fully installed?

Q: How long is the drain hose??

I belive the drain tubing is about 3 feet, however it is just corrugated flexible tubing that can inexpensively be extended if needed.

Q: Does the frame have push button locking mechanisms?

The frame don't button locking mechanism, the frame connect position is can fixed, you don't worry and it is sturdy and stable.

Q: Would this fit ina bathtub 19.5 inches wide? Could it be adapted?

This would not work in a 19.5" wide bathtub for two reasons: 1. The tub is over 22" wide and requires the PVC frame for support. 2. The main drain is on the side of the tub near the bottom. The side of the tub needs free space to allow the water to drain. If you squeeze this in a narrow bath tub, you would not have access to the drain. This tub really is intended to set up in a 30" to 32" wide shower.
