When it arrived it was exactly as described.
This monopod will serve bosh as a hiking pole and camera support. It is light, easy to use and the catches seem sturdy. I tried my camera, A Cannon 700D DSLR on and it feels stable.If only Amazon would not say the item was delivered to the resident when it has been left on my doorstep. Luckily my neighbour took it in. We have had a spate of thefts along our road recently.

Great for stability
Wanted stability for zoom photography and this can be used as a walking pole to is just an added bonus. Very happy with this product

This was just what I wanted as I now shake a bit when holding a camara so it takes the weight off my arms and keeps still for focusing

Super lightweight. Very easy to carry.The tension of the catches is not adjustable. Will probably need replacing after a few outings.
