I have been having issues with being irregular for several years. I deal with thyroid issues and many food allergies which make eating certain things a chore. However, even when I eat properly I still suffer with digestive problems. After going to the Dr and not getting any results I just about gave up trying. I ran across this product on Amazon and decided to purchase based on the reviews, and the additional ingredients such as Apple cider vinegar, turmeric, and fenugreek which I heard was an amazing supplement. I started seeing results within the first few days. My bloating has decreased significantly and I’m using the bathroom regularly instead of a few times monthly. I am definitely keeping this product in rotation. I truly believe with exercise and continued proper diet I will be able to maintain my weight on a consistent basis.

I have been using this product for a few weeks and I have to say it is pretty good. I think it helps with keeping me regular without giving me the gotta go gotta go feeling. Also I dont have the stomach discomfort tht u can get from some of the other products. Overall it is a good product.

Love this product - - none of us get enough fiber and taking a supplement often means TONS of pills to get the full 'dose'. This one is great because you only have to take 2 gel caps (not the SIX other brands require). Plus you get a bonus of ACV and Turmeric which are just so good for your belly health! I take with my lunch so it doesn't interfere with any of the medications I take and it helps me stay full all afternoon keeping my "snacking" down and helping with my nutrition goals (and weight-loss efforts).

The one thing I definitely like is there ability to take a pill with apple cider vinegar in it and not have an overwhelmingly Apple cider vinegar taste. I will continue to take to see if I do get more affects of the phylum husk.

I started taking this, because I read it’s also good for weightloss. This information is not proven by the FDA. I started dropping weight, because I am not as hungry as I used to be before taking this product. My friend, noticed I was dropping weight and wanted me to order for her as well. She’s doing great since starting this product. She doesn’t eat as much. Already seeing a change in her appearance.

This product has been great for suppressing my hunger throughout the day as well as keeping me regular. There's enough pysllium husk in these that taking only two capsules at around lunch time gets me through the afternoon, so I can hold off eating until the early evening. Despite the other ingredients there's no aftertaste during or after eating, but would recommend taking with a whole glass of water to make sure the capsules have gone down as it can cause discomfort otherwise.

Very effective, I have been using this product since the 28th of January and after a few days I have noticed the improvement in my daily motion. I’ve never been this regular. Capsules are also a big plus as I travel 2x a month for work and this makes it easier to take. Highly recommended!

Excellent product, my Doctor recommended for a health condition I am suffering to take Psyllium Fibre to my diet, , previously taking it in powder form with water each evening, far more convenient to take BMVINVOL Psyllium & Fenugreek capsules instead at a comparable cost.
