This was used to help my daughter control her portions after weight loss surgery.

Nice plate
I like that this plate is portioned into categories. It’s easy to clean if you hand wash. But I wish it also had the measurement listed for a “bite” size portion. That’s not that big of a deal. Even though the description says it is NOT microwaveable, I wish it was .
