I used the product to edge my beard and to trim it but once the battery died and I put it on charging base or the charging cord and they won’t charge. I had them 2 months. Money wasted

The media could not be loaded.  This is extremely disappointing. I’ve spent twenty years barbering and have used practically every brand of trimmer out there, and never had I found one that I liked and was impressed by until I swallowed the bullet and paid the rather steep price they initially cost.My first pair was the silver ones. Works great until one day I placed them on the charger and one of the armatures supporting the blade cracked, leaving the clippers useless. So I fixed it myself since there was no warranty and managed to get some more time out of them. And then I went ahead and replace them with the red ones, and was so excited to see that the armature position has changed thinking maybe this problem was finally fixed. Unfortunately, I was very much so wrong as you can see in the pictures that I had posted in the video. I don’t know what sort of company says they produce such quality product yet produces them with such cheap materials that they can’t withstand the power of the product itself. Not only is it terribly inconvenient, as much as I talked so highly of these clippers I now look like an idiot, as does my word upon the quality of this product. I will never purchase from you guys again, and I highly recommend that no one else if you read this review purchases anything from this product line until they, put the work in to make the product worth the cost. A fast blade a clean cut is only as strong as the housing. You put it in cheap plastic and basic resin does not cut it for what you are charging people either get on another level or stop selling your product .

These are very powerful trimmers. Feels really good in the hand and has a nice rubber texture to it. Cuts well, and it's very easy to cut hair. It is zero gap so cuts very close to the skin. The trimmer's quality is very good, however, the $129 price tag for these trimmers feels a bit excessive. I wish the guards were better quality. These are great trimmers for barbers.

The product is good. The charging harness does not work

Looks like it was used and it overheats. This was the second pair I have order and had to return back because someone has already use it, when it was supposed to be new and when using it, it overheats.

Battery life seems to be good. Easy to take on vacation as they don’t take up any space. Trimmers leave very sharp shape-up without any biting. I would definitely recommend these. I’m actually buying a 2nd pair to just leave in the closet.

Great product great customer service well worth every penny overall great across the board !!!!! Not to mention they respond time great service…
