Finally a truly great gluten free stuffing, both taste and texture, and totally easy to make. Works as a stand alone or with turkey etc. I make mine with half broth and half water, usually Pacific or Imagine Chicken Broth. Stuffing is my favorite part of Thanksgiving dinner again. (Besides the pie) The flavoring comes in a separate packet, so you can adjust it if you prefer.

It’s hard to fine gluten free bread products that truly taste bear to “regular” bread products. This stuffing mix is so, so good!

The absolute best is right. It has the best flavor and texture. It’s perfect for those of us with allergies! It’s not too dry, and it’s easy to cook. Absolutely recommended!

I wanted to have a gluten free stuffing on the table this Christmas, for my daughter who recently has had to change her diet, and I didn't want to spend all day making some myself - so I ordered this based on the reviews saying how good it tastes. And it actually does taste great! Looks dreadful when making it, as the 'bread' part is dark and orange and the seasoning packet is a lot of green bits (not quite powder, but almost), but once mixed up and allowed to set awhile it looks like just about any stove top stuffing. Everyone actually liked it.I do think this is way overpriced, as it's not Organic, but is dairy and soy free (which my daughter also has to avoid now).Arrived packaged in one of those made to fit boxes (which seem harder to open than a regular box), and are sturdier than a regular box, so the stuffing box arrived unsmashed and undamaged!!

Tasty stuffing comes with separate spice packet so you can adjust taste. Crunchy gluten free bread crumbs soften with added broth.

I was super excited to find gluten free stuffing so I didn't have to make it from scratch. To be honest I would have been better off making it from scratch. First it's just bread. Second I followed the instructions and it was very dry. Third the flavor isn't very strong. I should have added my own seasoning. But now that I know, if it's on sale I would totally buy to save having to make my own gluten free bread crumbs. And it could be used for other bread crumb recipes as well.

Both my husband and I are gluten and we are OBSESSED with this stuffing. We had it at both Thanksgiving and Christmas, and even our relatives couldn’t tell the difference between this and regular stuffing.We used about a third of the butter required and it still tasted great. Once we used avocado oil instead and it was equally as delicious! This will be our go to stuffing!

I ordered this for Thanksgiving, then people got sick so ended up using it for seasoned Salad croutons and for a seasoned crunchy snack when watching movies. I keep ordering and it never gets to the actual cooked stuffing LOL. A " MEAL" salad I made used this product, sliced olives, cottage cheese, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries with butter lettuce and raspberry vinaigrette in it. It was DELISH, nobody could stop eating it!It can be difficult to find tasty safe snacks when you have Celiac Disease and the more solid bread chunks of Aleia's lasts longer than the thin expensive crispy crackers.

Very tasty, would definitely buy this product again.

Fantastic gluten free stuffing. Can't even tell it's gluten free. Expensive though

This product is not stuffing. What we are buying is a bag of gluten-free croutons... which are hard to find and expensive. So, I guess I got my money's worth.
