Dries quickly, stays on without cracking. Its water proof so use a makeup remover but can be peeled off too. Brush is fine so great for detail and thin lines. Opaque and bright white. I had to replace my limecrime white liquid liner but didnt want to spend the money on it and this is a perfect replacement. I do little hearts and dots in my inner corners of my eyes and this stuff stays on like crazy. It lasts longer than any of the other makeup on my face. I've never used it as actual eyeliner tho. It applies as a kind of film, so it might be weird as full liner. I do like it for details though, as it doesnt smear.
